David Ward

My name is David Allen Ward. I was born on March 29, 1981, in Claremore, Oklahoma. I currently live in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, and work as a Front-End Web Developer for Geek Rescue aka Brookside Studios. 

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, and I'm also a Staff Sergeant in the Air Force National Guard; I do Video Production and Documentation. I've served nearly eight years.

 I'm a 3d animation enthusiast; I use Blender 3D to create all my 3D graphics and videos. I edit on Adobe Premiere, and add special effects with Adobe After Effects.

I play a little guitar, a little piano. I'm a bit of a Superman buff. I occasionally play a video game or two, I'm decent at Guitar Hero and Rock Band (especialy on drums), and I'm a huge fan of Call of Duty 4 and Team Fortress 2. I also like to go to the gym and keep my body in shape.

I like most genres of music, although I'm not a big fan of country, and there's very few rap songs that I like. But put me into some classic rock, and I'll probably be okay. Or sometimes I like to relax to some nice classical tunes.

The movies I like the most are pretty much anything I can escape reality in for a couple of hours. Mostly science fiction, action, and comedy, although I have been known to like a drama or musical. Musicals are hit and miss with me; some I really like, others I loathe. 3D animated ones are always a must, as I can watch them and get ideas for new projects. Some of my alltime favorites are Jurassic Park, Back to the Future, Ghostbusters, Beetlejuice, and O Brother Where Art Thou.

For reading, I like pretty much anything by Stephen King or Michael Crichton, Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles, and of course,"Harry Potter."
