Superman vs. The Mechanical Monsters

An "Independent Study" class I took during my final semester at Northeastern State University. My goal was to recreate the classic Max Fleischer cartoon "Superman and the Mechanical Monsters," using the style and concept of "Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow," where all live footage was shot on greenscreen, and the backgrounds were created in 3D Studio Max. Edited with Adobe Premiere, and keying effects were done in Adobe After Effects.
